ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner was issued with passport. He claims that he lost the same. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that a missing complaint was also given. He obtained a new passport after informing the respondent that the old passport was lost. Thereafter, instead of using the new passport alone, the petitioner tried to leave India based on the old passport. It is this that has led to the present situation. Both the passports have been impounded. Enquiry is pending in this regard.

3.The petitioner wants the said enquiry to be concluded. Without going to the merits of the matter, I direct the respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
