ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner who is arrayed as accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.09.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 3 of the TNPPDL Act in Cr.No.292 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner caused damage to the flag pole and ropes and further damage caused to the Ambedkar Photo worth Rs.175/-.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am until further orders.
