Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, to dispose the petition filed under Section 91 of Cr.P.C in Crl.M.PNo.10319 of 2019 in Crime No.57 of 2014 on the file of the Nesamony Nagar Police Station, Kanyakumari District within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this court. ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, to dispose the petition filed under Section 91 of Cr.P.C in Crl.M.PNo.10319 of in Crime No.

57 of 2014.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he has filed a protest petition against the final report filed by respondent police. During the pendency of the said petition, he has filed an application seeking an order to produce the documents, which are vital documents to prove his case. Inspite of repeated adjournments, the respondents have not filed any counter and matter has been adjourned frequently. Hence, this petition.

3.Considering the oldness of the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, to dispose the petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10319 of 2019, on merits within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and send a compliance report to the Registry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
