RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the Condition No.2 i.e., (b) in the order dated 25.02.2022 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 664 of 2022 to that effect that the 1st,2nd & 4th petitioners may be permitted to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli instead of signing before respondent police daily at 10.30 am.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.GOKULRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners 1, 2 and 4 report before the respondent police for a period of one month as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.664 of 2022 dated 25.02.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners 1, 2 and 4 have complied with the condition for a period of 22 days, without fail. Hence, the petitioners 1, 2 and 4 may be permitted to report before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli for the remaining period.
