ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner who was arrayed as A2 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147,148, 341, 294(b), 302 and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.582 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused have committed murder of deceased Pradeeb.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is not having any previous case and the co-accused has already been released on bail by the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District and on condition that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Thallakulam Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 pm until further orders.
