ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.04.2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 IPC, in connection with a case in Crime No.315 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and hence seeks bail.

2.According to the prosecution, the petitioner has borrowed a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- from the defacto complainant and failed to return the money within the stipulated time as assured by the petitioner.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is purely a money transaction between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and a civil suit in O.S.No.10 of 2018 is pending on the file of the Sub Court, Sivakasi.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that two more similar cases are also pending against the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 06.04.2018 with certain conditions.

(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders.

7. The petitioner is also directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh) before the Judicial Magistrate II, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District, towards Crime No.315 of 2018 within 15 days from today, failing which, the bail will automatically stand cancelled, without any further reference to this Court. sd/- 31/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
