ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.459 of 2014, dated 09.10.2014 on the file of the Kodaikanal Police Station, Dindigul District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as 'mistake of fact' on 21.11.2014 and the referred charge-sheet notice has been duly served to the petitioner on 13.12.2014.

3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that no referred charge sheet notice has been served on the petitioner.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed to serve the copy of the referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner in Crime No.459 of 2014 within a period of two weeks from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
