ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under section 392 r/w 302 IPC in Crime No.232 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2 Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3 It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that charge sheet is filed and the same is taken on file in P.R.C.No.15 of 2016 and the petitioner has duly complied with the condition.

4 Considering the fact that the petitioners have complied with the conditions, interim anticipatory bail granted on 06.09.2016 is made absolute.

5 The trial court is expected to take up the matter on day to day basis without adjourning the matter beyond two weeks at any point of time.
