Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.C3/6807/2023 pending before it in respect of S.No. 175/2, 4.46 Hectares, Melavaniankudi Village, Sivagangai District, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned proceedings and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. The second respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
