ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this public interest litigation seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take suitable action on the respondents 4 to 6 to remove the encroachment in Pandiman Ayyanar Temple worship place situated in Pon Pudupatti, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, 5 and 6.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6 would say that they have not encroached any portion of the Temple land. Further, the petitioner has not even given the survey numbers of the land, so as to ensure that whether the said land is poramboke land or encroachment made in the said land and the petitioner has not made a prima facie case for grant of any relief. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
