This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to make proper investigation on the basis of the FIR in Crime No.303 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police dated 16.05.2012 and to file final report in the above matter within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as 'mistake of fact'.
