Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner's allegation is that he and his family members have been excommunicated and that they are not allowed to worship in the petition mentioned temple or participate in the petition mentioned events. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the fourth respondent appeared in person. He was also represented by counsel. He categorically states that there is absolutely no merit in the contention of the petitioner and that the petitioner can participate in all the religious and worship in the petition mentioned temple and that there cannot be any distinction at all. 2/4
