ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners / accused Nos.1 and 6, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 120(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.21 of 2017, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are no way connected with the alleged offence and they are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that only petition enquiry is pending in this case. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the gravity of offence said to have been committed by the petitioners, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy, on condition that each of the petitioners shall execute a bond for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sum of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that: [a]the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders; [b]the petitioners shall not tamper with evidence or witness either during investigation or trial.

[c]the petitioners shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.
