ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that he would file an appeal before the Zonal Manager.
2.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the writ petitioner to move the appellate authority. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. If the petitioner files an appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the appellate authority will entertain the appeal without reference to limitation and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
