PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st Respondent to instruct the 2nd Respondent Police to give necessary Police Protection to the life and limb of Petitioner and her family members on the basis of the Petitioner's Representation dated 31.03.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent police to give necessary Police Protection to the life and limb of petitioner and her family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2022.

2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 31.03.2022 to the respondents 1 and 2 is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
