ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent file a final report in Crime No.58 of 2016 dated 10.03.2016 pending on his file within the time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the respondent police after conducting proper investigation, closed the case as mistake of fact on 10.03.2016 and Referred Charge Sheet notice was also served to the petitioner.

4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
