PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.675 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.675 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had registered a case, completed the investigation and about to file the final report.

3.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file the final report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate's Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
