PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the Respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor sought time to file the final report 3.Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to file the final report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate's Court within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition stands disposed of.
