Side) PETITION FOR Bail Modification Under Sec.483(1)(b) of BNSS PRAYER in all cases :- This petition has been filed to modify the 2nd condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram in Crl.M.P.No.2 of 2026 dated 19.01.2026.

ORDER: The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking modification of the second condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram, in Crl.M.P.No.2 of 1/5

2026 dated 19.01.2026.

2.By the order dated 19.01.2026, in Crl.M.P.No.2 of 2026, while granting bail, the learned Judicial Magistrate, directed the petitioner to appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, CBCID Police Station, Pudukottai District at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. for 30 days without fail. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was already arrested and released on bail, after a period of 21 days of incarceration. Now he has complied the condition for 15 days without any failure.

4.He would further submit that the condition imposed upon the coaccused also modified by this Court as 'to appear before the respondent police once in fifteen days'.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly for a period of fifteen days and also confirmed the fact that the condition imposed upon the co-accused was modified.

6.Considering the said submissions and also hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and also since the petitioner has complied the condition for 15 days regularly, this Court is inclined to modify the 2nd condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate upon the petitioner. 7.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is allowed and the 2nd condition imposed upon the petitioner herein in Crl.M.P.No.2 of 2026 dated 19.01.2026, is hereby modified as 'the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, CBCID Police Station, Pudukottai, on first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the final report by the Investigating Officer.'
