This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.472 of 2025, dated 24.02.2025 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam, Trichy. 1/3

2. Mr.S.Sathyachidambaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that since the petitioners was unwell, they were not able to arrange the sureties. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 09.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.472 of 2025, dated 24.02.2025.
