When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime NO.41 of 2015 is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.334 of 2016.
