Heard, Mr.A.D.Ganeshamoorthi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

2.A direction is given to the petitioner to present the Adoption deed before the respondent. The respondent is directed to examine the same and if he is satisfied, register the same, if not, specify the reason for refusal in the form of Refusal Check Slip. The petitioner shall get an appointment through online and present the deed for registration. The said exercise should be completed, within ten working days, from the date of presentation of deed. 3.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
