The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. In view of the grievance expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:
