This petition has been filed to call for the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.31 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedasandur and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the case in P.R.C.No.31 of 2013 was committed to the Court of Sessions and the same was taken on file as S.C.No.11 of 2016, which is pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Vedasandur.

Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
