ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur to expedite the proceedings in E.O.P.No.75 of 2021 and dispose the same within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3.Perusal of case records show that the E.O.P.No.75 of 2021 was filed by the petitioner in the year 2020 and the matter is pending from the year 2021, without any progress. Therefore, the learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District is hereby directed to dispose the E.O.P.No.75 of 2021, within six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
