This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry and register the case in complaint dated 13.04.2016 (Which is forwarded by the 1st respondent to 3rd respondent on 08.07.2016) against the proposed accused persons. This petition is filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the complaint, which was pending before the second respondent was transferred to the third respondent and after investigation, a case has been registered in Crime No.1 of 2015 and he further submitted that the petitioner was listed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
