It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 12.09.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.

dismissed. However, the respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
