It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.06.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
