ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.03.2017 for the offences punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.208 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. This is a case of murder of an Advocate at his office. The investigation reveals that the petitioners, due to dispute regarding settlement of fees, had done away the advocate. The First Information Report indicates that the petitioners have called the victim over phone and on their request, he has gone to see them and thereafter, his cellphone was found in a railway gate by the gate keeper and found him. The de-facto complainant has come to know that the son-in-law has been suspiciously missing and later found dead in his office.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the investigation yet to be completed and if the petitioners are released on bail, there is every possibility of hampering the investigation.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in judicial custody from 17.03.2017 and they may be granted bail.
