The present petition has been filed seeking a direction against the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.314 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent Police, submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet was laid on 08.12.2025 and that the same has not yet been taken on file.
