This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.4 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing on today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that after completion of investigation name of the petitioner has been deleted in the charge sheet and they have also filed final report on the file of the Mahila Court, Dindigul as against other accused persons. There are totally five accused in this case and the petitioners herein are A2 to A5.
