This petition is filed praying recall the non - bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai against the petitioner /accused in C.C.No. 185 of 2008.

2. The petitioner is directed to file necessary petition seeking for recall of Non Bailable Warrant and on receipt of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai shall endeavor to dispose of the same on the same day on his own merits.
