O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute in respect of the shop bearing Door No.31, Radhapuram Main Road, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, which is the subject matter in O.S.No.98 of 2016 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Valliyoor and R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2017 on the file of Rent Control Tribunal Cum District Munsif Court, Valliyoor.

2.Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that petition enquiry is pending.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), the respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2017 and make an enquiry and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter pass appropriate orders. Till such, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent police.
