This petition has been filed praying to direct, the second and third respondents, not to proceed the cases in Crime No.568 of 2013, dated 14.12.2013 on the file of Alangulam Police Station, Tirunelveli District and in Crime No.178 of 2013, dated 14.12.2013 on the file of Pappakkudi Police Station, Tirunelveli, without getting the CCTV Camera Footage from the first respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.
