: Respondent/Respondent Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 439(1)(B) of Cr.P.C., to modify the onerous condition of depositing a sum of Rs.50,000/- in Cr.M.P.No.1139 of 2022, dated 30.03.2022 imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli with the Crime No.79 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, in Cr.M.P.No.1139 of 2022, dated 30.03.2022, wherein the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- in the case Crime number and also directed to appear before the respondent Police daily twice at 10.30 am and 05.30 pm until further orders.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working in Anganvadi Centre and she is not in a position to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- as directed by the trial Court. Hence, he seeks modification.
3.Considering the quantum of amount involved, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition regarding the deposit of Rs.50,000/-. But, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of the charges levelled against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent Police daily at 06.30. pm for a period 15 days and thereafter, shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.7405 of 2022 i.e., on every Monday at 06.30 pm, until further orders and the other conditions imposed by the trial Court shall remain unaltered. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court for further relaxation or modification, if any required. 4.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
