This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner's family in the name of inquiry.

2.Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that petition enquiry is pending.

(criminal side), the respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2017 and make an enquiry and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter pass appropriate orders. Till such, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent police.
