:Respondents/Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in proceeding in R.Dis.No.092905/MEII(1)/2019 dated 18.05.2020 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to join and undergo the DNB (Radio Diagnosis Course) for the admission in the year of 2020 in the 4th respondent college with the undertaking affidavit and bond for rendering service under the respondents 1 and 2 after the completion of the Higher Speciality Course of the Petitioner. When the matter was taken up for hearing through Video https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P. (MD) No. 6753 of 2020 and W.M.P. (MD) Nos.6133, 6134 and 6135 of 2020 Conference, it was pointed that for the same relief sought, the Petitioner had filed W.P. No. 23874 of 2018 along with certain others before the Principal Seat of this Court and though it has been disposed by order dated 01.10.2018, the Appeal in W.A. No.799 of 2019 is pending and as such the Petitioner cannot prosecute this Writ Petition and would have to work out her remedy by filing an application for any interim relief, if necessary, only in that appeal. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to the aforesaid procedure and he has sent an email dated 24.06.2020 confirming the same, which is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
