This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No.271/2015 on the file of the first respondent police station and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after conducting the investigation in Crime NO.271 of 2015, charge sheet has been filed by the respondent police before the concerned Magistrate Court and the same was not yet taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
