ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners / 1 and 2 accused apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506 (ii) of IPC on the file of the respondent Police in Crime No.297 of 2018. They seek anticipatory bail. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The occurrence in question took place in the temple festival. The first petitioner is said to have stabbed and caused injury to the de facto complainant, who is still in the hospital. Hence, anticipatory bail is dismissed insofar as the first petitioner is concerned and Anticipatory Bail is granted to the second petitioner. 4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the second petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the second petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thenkasi and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.

10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
