Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.PRITHIVIRAJ.C., Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate(Crl Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3314 of 2021 dated 09.03.2021, for complying the conditions and executing the sureties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to ill health of the petitioner, he is unable to mobilize the fund and arrange sureties and could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the
