ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the wife of the third respondent that at the instance of the third respondent, the respondents 1 and 2 are harassing her and therefore, prays for a direction not to harass her.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is the wife of the third respondent and their marriage was solemnized on 26.02.2020. On 08.06.2020, the petitioner, without informing her husband and other in-laws, left the matrimonial home. On the compliant of the third respondent, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.103 of 2020 for 'woman missing' and in the course of said criminal case, the respondent police has summoned the petitioner for enquiry. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the third respondent is a drunkard. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6238 of 2020 voluntarily left the matrimonial home and she is not willing to unite with the third respondent.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner further gave an undertaking that the petitioner will appear before the second respondent and give it in writing about her stand for continuance of her relationship with the third respondent.

5.On the above undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
