..Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.17/2016 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2016 and to entrust the case with direction to investigate further to invoke the correct penal provision under Sections 147 and 302 r/w 120b of I.P.C. with incorporate the proposed accused persons and to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.17/2016 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2016 and to entrust the case with direction to investigate further to invoke the correct penal provision under Sections 147 and 302 r/w 120b I.P.C. with incorporate the proposed accused persons and to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent, after conducting investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Crime NO.17 of 2016, filed final report on 25.02.2016 before the concerned Magistrate Court and the same was not yet taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
