This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), would submit that the enquiry has been conducted and closed. He has further submitted that since the complaint has already been closed, there is no scope for harassment at all.
