Heard, Mr.P.Chanrasekar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.S.Nedunchezhian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2.There is a dispute over the property in Survey No.161/3K, situated at Seelappatti Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District between the petitioner and another private individual. Those facts have not been disclosed in the affidavit.

3.It had been stated by the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, very specifically stated that the matter is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer and therefore, lands could not be surveyed.

4.Without disclosing all the facts and information, the petitioner has filed this petition. The lands could not be surveyed, at this juncture only owing to the fact that issues are pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer.

5.This writ petition stands dismissed. After the disputes are resolved, the petitioner can always approach the appropriate authority and seek permission to survey the land.
