ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(a), 323, 354 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, and seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioner.

5.Recording the submission made by the Government Advocate that no case has been registered against the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition has been closed. It is needless to point out that when there is no case registered against the petitioner, the respondent police may not be justified in apprehending the petitioner.
