Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to mutate the Revenue Records with respect to the petitioners land comprised in S.F.No.59/5A which is situated in Melachorikulam Villge, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District in the light of Judgment dated 12.02.2010 in O.S.No. 18 of 2009 on the file of District Munsif Court, Manamadurai and grant patta in the Petitioners name by considering his representation dated 14.12.2018 For Petitioner : Mr.R.Venkatesan For Respondent : Mr.R.Ragavendran, Government Advocate.

Contending that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with, this contempt petition has been filed.
