The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.590 of 2026 dated 09.01.2026. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for the past four weeks. Further, the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past four weeks, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5540 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.590 of 2026 dated 09.01.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5540 of 2026 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.590 of 2026 dated 09.01.2026 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.'' 12.03.2026 sbn 2/4
