PRAYER :- Bail in Crime No.185 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested on 18.03.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 392,397 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.185 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 18.03.2021 the petitioner herein waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.600/- from the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. He would also submit that the petitioner is in jail from 18.03.2021, hence he seeks bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender having 35 previous cases against him under various provisions of the Indian Penal Code including murder cases.

5.Taking into consideration the long list of previous cases pending against him and also taking into consideration the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
