This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.383 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after conducting the investigation in Crime NO.383 of 2016, charge sheet has been filed by the respondent police before the concerned Magistrate Court on 09.07.2016 and the same was not yet taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
