ORDER:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2880 of 2026, dated 12.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police weekly once ie., on Every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified.
